Ravioli are the typical dish of Capri: a delicate mixture of eggs, caciotta and parmesan flavored with marjoram from the gardens, enclosed in the homemade pastry, mixing flour, water and extra virgin olive oil from the island's olive trees kissed by brackish wind. Topped with the tomato sauce reddened by the sun of summer and a fragrant basil leaf.
